Our TEAM
More Than a Team — A Sisterhood of Creators, Dreamers, and Doers
Behind every dress we create, there is a story. Behind every story, there is a woman—or rather, a group of women—who pour their hearts into shaping it. Our team isn’t just a department or an office; we are a living, breathing sisterhood built on empathy, passion, and a shared vision of what fashion can truly mean.
We come from different backgrounds—some of us are trained designers with years of experience, others are self-taught stylists who grew up sewing with their grandmothers. Some of us used to work in luxury fashion houses, others came from small hometown boutiques. But we’re all here for the same reason: we believe that fashion should empower women, not pressure them. And we believe that dresses, when made with care, can do more than decorate—they can elevate, inspire, and connect.
Our design team is led by women who understand not just fashion, but the emotional rhythms of everyday life. We don’t design for runways—we design for real women, with real bodies, real challenges, and real beauty. Every hemline, every waistline, every stitch is considered with intention. We ask: How does this dress make her feel? Will she reach for it on her best day? Or will it comfort her on her worst?
The process is collaborative, not hierarchical. Ideas flow freely across roles and titles. A pattern maker can suggest a color palette. A customer service specialist might inspire a new silhouette based on feedback from our shoppers. Every voice matters, and every idea is welcome—because we know innovation comes from inclusion.
Beyond design, our logistics and operations team is the backbone of our business. These are the quiet heroes who make sure every package is sent with care, every shipment tracked, and every return handled with kindness. They understand that behind every order is a woman waiting with excitement—and that her trust is a responsibility we take seriously.
Then there’s our customer care team—the heart of our brand. They don’t just respond to questions; they build relationships. From styling advice to sizing help, they approach every interaction with empathy. We’ve had customers who reached out about dresses for weddings, interviews, graduations, or just needing something to feel beautiful again. Our team listens deeply. They’re not here to just sell—they’re here to serve.
One of the most beautiful parts of our company culture is our commitment to growth—personal and professional. Over 80% of our team identifies as women, and many started in entry-level roles and worked their way up. We support flexible work arrangements for mothers, encourage mentorship across departments, and host regular creative retreats to keep our minds and hearts inspired. For us, empowering women doesn’t stop at our customers—it begins right here, with our own people.
We are also proud of our partnerships. We work with ethical manufacturers—many of them women-led—who share our values of fair labor and slow fashion. Our supply chain is built not just for efficiency, but for dignity. Every person who touches our garments—from the seamstress to the shipping handler—is a part of our extended family.
And perhaps most importantly, we laugh. A lot. Our office is filled with music, spontaneous coffee breaks, and quiet moments of gratitude. We celebrate birthdays with homemade cake. We cheer when someone gets engaged or has a baby. We cry when a customer writes to say a dress changed her life. This isn’t just work—it’s a shared life.
We know that fashion is often perceived as a glamorous industry. But behind every photo shoot, every stitched seam, every posted parcel, is a team of humans who love what they do and care deeply about who they do it for.
In every dress we send out, you’re not just wearing a product—you’re wearing the result of dozens of thoughtful decisions, heartfelt conversations, and passionate hands at work. You're wearing the belief that women deserve clothing that understands them.
This is our team. This is our heartbeat.
And we’re so glad to be part of your story.
